Deposit Policy

Type of deposit required to guarantee the reservation:

• (X) One night deposit during low season
• (X) Full payment of the stay during high season

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations without penalty must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
During high season, cancellations will be charged 100% of the stay.

No-Show Policy

In case of no-show, one night’s stay will be charged.
During high season, 100% of the stay will be charged for no-shows.

Extra Person Policy

From the third guest onward, an extra person charge of $380.00 MXN per night applies.

Children Policy

Children are considered up to 11 years old. Children 12 and older will be charged as adults.
Two children under 12 may share the room with two adults at no additional cost.

Pet Policy

Cats and dogs are allowed (only small breeds up to 10 kg) and incur an additional charge of $500.00 MXN per night.

Overbooking Policy

In the event the hotel is unable to provide the contracted accommodation service for a reservation made through Zentauro Solutions, the hotel will, at its own expense, find adequate alternatives that are at least equal to or better than the originally contracted benefits.

• The hotel will cover one night’s stay, including taxes, at a similar hotel.
• Complimentary transportation will be provided to the new hotel.
• Guests will be offered at least one phone call to their home or office.
